Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling in-home visits with physicians or nurse practitioners, answering inbound calls from members, and ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns. This is a high-volume, customer service environment that requires efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness reputed company dealing with our members over the phone. You will also be required to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours.
Primary Responsibilities
* Call members to schedule in-home visits with a physician or a nurse practitioner
* Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries
* Ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns
* Work in a high-volume, customer service environment that requires efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness
* Work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
* Must be 18 years or older
* 1 year of work experience
* Experience with reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook (create/edit/save/send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence)
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
* Ability to work an 8-hour shift between our normal business hours of 9:00 am - 5:30 pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the healthcare industry
* Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare
* Experience working in a customer retention-focused role
Telecommuting Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. blithequark complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
