Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing incoming electronic and hard-copy records into blithequark-approved storage systems, ensuring reputed company data is correctly categorized and easily accessible.
  • Preparing and scanning hard-copy documents into electronic format, maintaining the reputed company and quality of the documents throughout the process.
  • Assisting with tracking the custody of official files and their contents, whether in electronic or reputed company format, to ensure that reputed company data is secure and compliant with our governance policies.
  • Responding to requests to locate, retrieve, return, or update items in a timely and efficient manner, providing high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Reviewing electronic and hard copy files for accuracy and proper organization, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Assisting with the transfer, closing, retention, and cleansing of files in accordance with blithequark procedures, ensuring that reputed company data management practices are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • A minimum high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Outlook email, as well as familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and printers.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to comprehend and follow instructions, ensuring that reputed company tasks are completed accurately and reputed company.
  • The ability to communicate clearly in a professional setting, both written and verbal, to provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
