Key Responsibilities:

As an E-commerce Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers across multiple communication channels, including email, live chat, phone, and social media. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner, ensuring that reputed company interactions are logged accurately in our CRM system.
• Guiding customers through the order process, including placing, modifying, and canceling orders, as well as assisting with any issues reputed company to their purchases.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
• Experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, office-based position, requiring 40 hours per week, with some rotating Saturday shifts. You'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are reputed company the same. Compensation and Schedule:

* $18 an hour for training and pay increase based on performance and commission.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with one Saturday shift per month, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• 40 hours per week in total.
