The Clinical Marketing Manager leads marketing strategies to strengthen Beckman Coulter’s reputed company directly with clinicians. You will be responsible for the commercialization of existing and new products, as well as creating differentiated value to various stakeholders from laboratories and clinical departments. You will provide leadership to drive clinical market development for Beckman Coulter’s sepsis biomarker, MDW, and drive the execution of reputed company marketing tactics to provide confidence in our portfolio and reputed company programs and sales tools to support the success of North American sales team. You will collaborate extensively with Clinical Sales and Implementation teams, Global Marketing, Business Unit and Medical Scientific Affairs. You will be a part of the North America Marketing team and report to the Marketing Director, Hematology, Urinalysis and Clinical Marketing. • reputed company and drive the North America clinical marketing strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders, sales, and external partners.
• Deliver clinical marketing strategies and playbooks that reputed company an understanding of clinical decision-making process to drive new product adoption and support new reputed company sales.
• Work in reputed company partnership with Clinical Sales team, Medical Scientific Affairs and Global Marketing to reputed company and implement new content.
• Deliver targeted clinical marketing activities aimed at the clinical adoption and utilization of MDW and other clinically differentiated products including:
• Deliver innovative marketing materials & promotional programs to increase clinical adoption of MDW across Beckman Coulter Hematology customers.
• reputed company MDW marketing materials & promotional programs to improve our product differentiation and increase our competitive win rates in reputed company accounts.
• Partner with the NACO Hematology leadership and MDW Sales team to implement MDW best-practice selling across reputed company territories.
• Regional user group meetings, trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings with clinical focus
• Maintain regular contact with clinical customers to strengthen relationships

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in field medical technology, nursing, biology, medicine, with 9+ years reputed company. OR Master’s degree in field with 7+ years reputed company. OR Doctoral degree in field with 4+ years reputed company.
• Clinical knowledge or experience preferred especially in area of sepsis/infection.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical diagnostics sales or commercial marketing.
• Ability to travel 25%, domestically.
