Job Description

You'll be the specialist who brings top engineering talent through the reputed company—sourcing exceptional candidates, managing the full recruiting lifecycle, and delivering outstanding candidate experiences. You'll partner closely with our Head of Talent and engineering hiring managers, owning end-to-end recruiting for engineering roles while helping us scale our technical team. What you’ll do

• Full-Cycle Recruiting
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for reputed company engineering, product, and design roles (whether full-stack engineers, product managers, or designers) ensuring a thoughtful and engaging candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance.
• Serve as a candidate's first impression of reputed company, sharing our mission, values, and culture in ways that reputed company them to engage with us.
• Track key recruiting metrics and reputed company data to measure effectiveness, pipeline health, forecast hiring needs, and drive reputed company improvement in our hiring strategies.

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, especially in startups or high-growth companies, with a proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical talent.
