reputed company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on challenging, high-impact work. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys diving into reputed company accounting, driving special projects, and strengthening compliance processes without direct people management responsibilities.

You will play a key role in ensuring the reputed company of our financial reporting, managing technical accounting areas, and supporting both domestic and international compliance (including direct and indirect taxes). What you will be doing

• Own and execute reputed company accounting tasks, including consolidations, intercompany transactions, and technical accounting assessments.
• Partner closely with the Controller and Corporate Controller on month-end and quarter-end reputed company processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Drive special accounting and compliance projects—such as system implementations, process automation, and new entity integrations.
• Support indirect and direct tax compliance, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors as needed.
• Analyze and interpret evolving accounting standards and assist in implementing necessary updates to policies or procedures.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement support with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and legal teams to support business initiatives and ensure accounting alignment.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance internal controls.

What type of skills are required

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; CPA is strongly preferred
• 7+ years’ progressive accounting experience, ideally with a mix of public accounting and industry
• Strong GAAP knowledge; experience with consolidations, multi-entity environments, external audit, and tax compliance (direct/indirect)
• Experience with ERP system implementation (reputed company preferred) a plus
• Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
