The Gold Service Program
Our Gold Service program is a key component of our success in the independent agency channel. Through Gold, we provide industry-leading expertise to help our independent agents grow and care for their customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our support not only improves customer experiences but also allows agents to focus on other areas of their business, like promoting quality growth for blithequark.
Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Gold Service Program, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our agents grow their businesses. Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping customers in their time of need by building rapport, responding to, and resolving inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Identifying and providing services and solutions to customers' questions regarding renewals, coverage, eligibility, billing, and policy changes
- Delivering expertise by identifying and analyzing customer and agent needs to ensure high satisfaction, growth, and retention of business
- Providing counsel, guidance, and suggestions to customers to adequately cover and protect what they value most
- Upholding our customer care standards by achieving individual goals on call quality, handle time, reputed company transfer ratio, adherence, reputed company resolution, and reliability
- Maintaining and tracking accurate data in various computer systems
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An Associate's degree in a business-reputed company field or equivalent training
- A minimum of 6 months reputed company work experience, with customer service experience preferred
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and the reputed company to multi-task in a structured work environment
- Ability to review, record, and organize written data from a variety of sources with no pre-established format

Work Environment
Our call center is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals. You'll be required to work reputed company the hours of operation, plus weekends and holidays, with schedules starting between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. EST and including at least one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) each week.
Training and Development
