Job Overview

We are currently seeking 20 highly skilled and reputed company Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service that extends courtesy and professionalism. You will be working remotely from the comfort of your own home, and we require that you reside in one of the following states: Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, or Mississippi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members and providers in a timely and professional manner, handling a high volume of calls (75+ calls per day)
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner
  • Input data accurately and reputed company, maintaining up-to-date records and information
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, reputed company resolution, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
