• Navigating through multiple systems with your computer and troubleshooting your own equipment as required
• Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Essential Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a high call volume environment, with the ability to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks effectively

• Must have open availability 24/7 to work shifts inside the company's hours of operation
• Attendance is vital, with a strong focus on reliability and punctuality

In terms of technical specifications, you will need:

• A Desktop Windows Computer (NO MACs or Chrome Book), with a recent reputed company processor (reputed company i3, i5, i7, or i9/AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9)
• 8GB RAM as a floor, 16GB RAM preferred, with a dual monitor setup
• A high-quality USB headset, with the ability to be hardwired at reputed company times
• Minimum internet speeds of 20Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, and LESS than 20ms ping stability, with no reputed company

Pay and Benefits
