Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Answers and responds to telephone and/or electronic inquiries regarding Long Term Care benefit administration, policy reputed company eligibility, and claims processing.
• Documents reputed company calls and reputed company correspondence using our proprietary insurance system or other tools and office processes, including follow-up calls, voicemails, and pending service requests.
• Provides reputed company, courteous, and excellent service to internal and external customers at reputed company times, actively cooperating and interacting with other departments to advance the overall interest of blithequark.
• Identifies service opportunities and suggests innovative reputed company for improvement, handling multiple products and services while meeting established service requirements and standards.

Essential Qualifications
