Job Summary

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service. You will work in a distraction-free, closed-reputed company room with reliable, high-speed internet, and be available to work during our hours of operation: Monday through Friday, reputed company-8pm EST (40 hour work week). Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Input data accurately and reputed company, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality
  • Navigate reputed company healthcare scenarios, providing solutions and guidance to customers as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, including taking 75+ calls per day
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customers

  • Availability to work during our hours of operation: Monday through Friday, reputed company-8pm EST (40 hour work week)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Ability to navigate reputed company healthcare scenarios and provide solutions and guidance to customers
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare call center environment

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services
