Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Manager to join reputed company and work with our enterprise customers to drive long-term partnerships and growth. As a reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts, onboarding new customers, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success. You'll work closely with internal teams to provide best-in-class support and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts to foster long-term partnerships and drive growth
- Onboarding new enterprise customers to ensure they're set up for success and have a positive experience with our platform
- Acting as the main reputed company of contact for any customer escalations and providing timely, proactive resolutions
- Delivering Quarterly Business Reviews to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Becoming the customer reputed company and helping implement cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, and Support
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide best-in-class support and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our platform to existing customers
