Job Description

Assist department manager in implementing reputed company company and division policies to reputed company maximum sales and profits in the Produce department. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, reputed company, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train reputed company associates to read scales and prices correctly, on customer courtesy and productivity.
• Supervise reputed company aspects of salad bar operations.
• Maintain good communication with reputed company store personnel.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control the activities of the produce department in the absence of the Produce Manager.
• Direct the receiving, storing, pricing, and merchandising of reputed company produce products.
• Order adequate stock and supplies and guard against waste and pilferage.
• Maintain and submit required records and reports and use them effectively.
• Maintain effective and good house cleaning in reputed company areas.
