As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with a global player reputed company, providing technical advice and assistance to millions of players worldwide. You'll be a go-to expert for our free-to-play mobile games, managing player tickets and collaborating with diverse departments to resolve issues swiftly and seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms, managing player tickets with the help of support engineers
- Engage with a global player reputed company, offering technical advice and assistance in a timely and effective manner
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues swiftly, collaborating with departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing
- Use your research skills to come up with solutions and enhance our support services

- Communicate effectively with players, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills in German, both verbal and written

- A knack for swiftly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with different levels of technical expertise
- Experience playing mobile games is preferred

Essential Qualifications
* 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a reputed company field
