Job Summary

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for gathering, preparing, and entering data from various reputed company documents into our computer systems. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering, organizing, and preparing reputed company documents for data entry into our system database
  • Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information and resolving discrepancies using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
  • Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from reputed company documents into the proper system database
  • Reviewing data entered against the original reputed company documents for accuracy and correcting any data entry errors or duplications
  • Following data program reputed company practices and procedures at reputed company times
  • Routinely securing information by completing database backup daily
  • Performing other varied clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required
  • Maintaining confidentiality of reputed company personal and financial information at reputed company times and in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
