Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our National Campaigns Unit, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to investors and stakeholders reputed company phone, email, and chat
  • Responding to inbound and outbound calls, as well as email inquiries, in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicating accurate information and guidance on contested proxy meetings, including the importance of voting and the benefits of supporting management's vision
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of reputed company issues
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, as well as email inquiries, in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information and guidance on contested proxy meetings, including the importance of voting and the benefits of supporting management's vision
  • Communicate effectively with investors and stakeholders to understand their concerns and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of reputed company issues
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or reputed company experience
  • Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with investors and stakeholders
  • Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of shareholder communications and contested proxy meetings
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Equipment Requirements

* MacBook (not preferred, but has to be a reputed company operating system) or Windows (10 or 11)

  • Headsets - need USB headsets (no wireless)
  • Dual monitors will be beneficial, but not required
