Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative on our National Campaigns Unit, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to investors and stakeholders reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Responding to inbound and outbound calls, as well as email inquiries, in a timely and professional manner
- Communicating accurate information and guidance on contested proxy meetings, including the importance of voting and the benefits of supporting management's vision
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of reputed company issues
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, as well as email inquiries, in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and guidance on contested proxy meetings, including the importance of voting and the benefits of supporting management's vision
- Communicate effectively with investors and stakeholders to understand their concerns and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of reputed company issues
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required
- 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or reputed company experience
- Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with investors and stakeholders
- Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of shareholder communications and contested proxy meetings
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Equipment Requirements
* MacBook (not preferred, but has to be a reputed company operating system) or Windows (10 or 11)
- Headsets - need USB headsets (no wireless)
- Dual monitors will be beneficial, but not required
