Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls professionally, accurately, timely, and courteously, providing exceptional support to our members reputed company

- Accessing member information using proprietary systems to assist callers and provide comprehensive information about their membership

- Transferring calls to specialized queues for reputed company issues, such as claims and authorizations, to ensure that our members receive the support they need

Qualifications
