Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Responsibilities

* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls

• Provide an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
• Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* Fluency in Spanish (communication level)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
