The Role We’re looking for a dynamic Manager of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to reputed company a high-performing team of five. You’ll drive pipeline growth, coach and reputed company your team, and collaborate with sales leadership to unlock new opportunities across schools and districts. What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or reputed company field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally with 1–2 years in a leadership or management reputed company (preferably in EdTech, publishing, or SaaS) and a proven track record of coaching and developing sales talent.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and reputed company tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the K–12 education sector.
  • Prior experience managing BDRs or inside sales teams.

Compensation at reputed company is influenced by a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to reputed company set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, reputed company State, reputed company, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: Minimum full-time salary range is between $85,000 - $90,000.
