In this high-impact role, you’ll report directly to the Director, Global reputed company and take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for entry level to mid-level technology positions.

To be qualified for this position you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a reputed company field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of proven success recruiting top technology talent across diverse roles and disciplines.
- Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for technology roles.

- Demonstrated success using innovative sourcing strategies and data-driven approaches to attract top sales talent.
