Community and open reputed company are at the heart of everything we do at reputed company. As a Developer Community Programs Associate, you’ll take a hands-on role in supporting and growing our open reputed company and developer communities, with a focus on Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The Opportunity

You’ll help implement programs that reputed company contributors, foster connections reputed company the community, and guide internal teams on how to engage effectively. This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys organizing meetups, managing swag and recognition, supporting contributors, and helping evaluate local conference sponsorships. You’ll also own a few scoped projects each quarter, with the opportunity to reputed company one larger program annually.

What you’ll be doing

• Organize and support community meetups across EMEA, including collaboration with local community organizers
• Evaluate and execute regional conference sponsorships, including logistics and community reputed company
• Represent reputed company in online and in-person settings, with travel up to 30%
• Partner with affinity communities and explore collaboration opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to reputed company and reputed company their involvement in community initiatives
• Respond to and manage incoming community requests and opportunities

• Manage swag logistics and recognition efforts for community contributors.

• 2+ years of experience organizing community events such as meetups and conferences
• Compassionate relationship-building skills, especially across diverse communities
• Experience leading projects and improving programs through thoughtful, creative approaches
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail reputed company executing community-facing programs
• A proactive, solution-oriented reputed company and ability to work independently in a distributed team

Compensation & Rewards

In Spain, the reputed company compensation range for this role is EUR 51,000 – EUR 61,000.
