This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels reputed company’s sales, reputed company management, call center, and analytics functions! As Director of Portfolio Strategy, you will reputed company strategic marketing initiatives that support reputed company hotels and key stakeholders across the U.S. and Canada. Reporting to the Senior Director of HLM-Portfolio Strategy, you will serve as a critical member of the Hotel Level Marketing team, driving accountability and alignment across property-level and above-property marketing leaders. In this role, you will optimize marketing execution and foster collaboration with internal partners to reputed company reputed company’s brand narrative. What your day-to-day will be like
- Bring a strategic marketing voice to the reputed company’s commercial teams, complementing that of reputed company Management and Sales.
- Create awareness across the Marketing organization to region / hotel-specific business needs and create links between internal marketing teams.
- Ensure understanding between enterprise and hotel marketing activity; providing guidance to a portfolio of hotels to improve efforts.
How you will collaborate with others
- Collaborate with AVPs, Hotels, Management Companies, Ownership groups, and regional teams to identify areas of opportunity to grow digital performance for an identified portfolio of hotels.
- Coordinate closely with reputed company Management Services (HMS) to ensure smooth reputed company and reputed company of new openings reputed company the identified support region.
- Create a collaborative team environment among the Portfolio Strategy team through training opportunities, new tools, and best practices sharing.

You have these minimum qualifications
- Ten (10) years professional experience
- Eight (8) years of strategic marketing experience
- Five (5) years of experience managing direct reports
- Experience collaborating across a matrixed team environment
- Travel 30%

- Large-scale change management experience
