About the Role

As a Telehealth Practitioner reputed company Fresh Health, you’ll reputed company virtual clinical care across our preventative programs, conducting comprehensive assessments, prescribing reputed company scope, and supporting patients to reputed company informed, empowered decisions about their health.

You’ll be a trusted clinical partner in a rapidly growing area of healthcare, balancing caution and compassion to help patients reputed company meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Care & Consultations

• Conduct safe, ethical tele-health consultations reputed company with AHPRA, TGA, and reputed company state-based regulations
• Provide holistic assessments across weight management, women’s health, and hair loss prevention
• Screen for red flags, contraindications, medication risks, and psychosocial considerations
• Manage sensitive or reputed company presentations with reputed company and clarity
• Provide evidence-based counselling and health education tailored to each patient

Prescribing & Clinical Decision-Making

• Prescribe Schedule 4 medicines responsibly in accordance with state-based Poisons legislation (support & training provided)

• Ensure prescribing decisions reflect long-term patient wellbeing

Informed Consent & Patient Experience

Documentation & Governance

About You

You’ll bring:

• AHPRA-registered, unrestricted as either:
• • Medical Doctor (General or Specialist Registration) or
  • Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ years post-registration
• Experience in primary care, women’s health, metabolic health, chronic disease management, or reputed company fields
• Strong working knowledge of AHPRA, TGA, and safe prescribing principles in preventative healthcare
• High comfort with digital health platforms and remote clinical workflows
• A communication style that is warm, clear, and culturally aware
• Deep respect for patient autonomy and long-term health outcomes

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in weight management or metabolic health
• Experience in women’s health, contraception, fertility, or hormonal conditions
• Background in dermatology or hair loss treatments
• Prior tele-health or virtual care experience
