Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting inbound service calls reputed company to billing and technical support, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely resolutions to their issues.
- Processing payments, educating customers on their billing cycle, payment due dates, and the impact of non-pay status on their account.
