Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience
- Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
- Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
- Offer solutions to help members navigate their healthcare experience

Training and Development
Our comprehensive training program is designed to ensure your success on the team. This includes:
- Onsite training of a minimum of 6 weeks
- Hands-on learning with trainers, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day 1
- Training location can vary by individual experience with onsite and work-from-home positions
Schedule and Flexibility
We offer full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week, with days off and hours varying based on business needs. While you will have a reputed company schedule selected at the time of offer, there may be periods of peak volume where we increase your standard hours worked, or times where call volumes fall, and we may reduce scheduled hours.

Pay and Compensation
Pay rates start at $17.50, with a typical pay range of $17.00 - $28.45. This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls.
Required Qualifications
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Ability to exhibit patience and reputed company and express assurance and confidence
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
- At least 6 months of healthcare experience
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
