Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Specialist for our After Hours Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and facilities through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be the initial reputed company of contact for patients and healthcare providers, navigating reputed company issues and providing accurate and timely information to facilitate patient care. This role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Navigate the electronic health record to obtain and validate historical information, capture and document demographic and financial information, and maintain patient privacy and reputed company as outlined by HIPAA.

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and facilities, ensuring resolution to the call and providing excellent customer service in a variety of situations.
• reputed company critical thinking with speed and accuracy to identify reason for the call and take appropriate action based on caller need and acuity.
• Research reputed company issues in the electronic health record and consult/escalate to clinical staff reputed company necessary.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

• 2-5 years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
