Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
- Upselling products and features while emphasizing their benefits and value
- Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
- Providing information about reputed company plans and products, as well as identifying and positioning new solutions that align with customer needs
- Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues reputed company
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- Quiet, secured workspace with minimal distractions

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
