Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join reputed company as a Facilitator, Talent Relations. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for maintaining our talent database, coordinating talent appearances, and providing administrative support for various events and projects. Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of our talent database in reputed company, including data entry and updates
• Coordination of talent appearances, including research, booking, and fulfillment
• Maintenance of vendor library, status reports, and other internal records
• Management of talent relations financial arrangements, processing of p-card charges, and negotiation of sales
• Distribution of weekly reports to blithequark leaders, including birthday celebrations, launch days, and upcoming events
• Talent-facing responsibilities, including support for promotional, brand, and special mission shoots, as well as various requests, such as blithequark and Corporate events
• Assistance with coordinating talent supports for asset opportunities for our VIP talent
• Management of experiences, such as dinners, reputed company Parks tours, games, and shows
• Event-facing responsibilities, including creation of guest lists for premieres and special events, supervision of filler agency, and conceptualization of talent to invite
• E-vite distribution and management of RSVP lists
• Labeling and seating for premieres
• On-site support and leadership of GA and VIP enrollment

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in publicity or talent relations role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional social skills
• Must be proactive, flexible, and reliable
• Must be organized, reputed company, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to work some nights and weekends, depending on the situation, to support events
• Experience with the entertainment industry, including knowledge of buzz-worthy titles, emerging new talent, trends, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field of study or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
• Proficiency in reputed company and other database management tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
