Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service reputed company to join reputed company in a national remote position. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Listen actively and ask appropriate questions to identify specific questions or issues, documenting inquiries from members regarding medical, reputed company, dental, pharmacy plan details, plan/program eligibility, and medical claims.
- Use multiple databases, tools, and partnerships to refer and enroll members in appropriate internal specialists and programs based on their needs.
- Interpret and translate clinical/medical terminology and coding to assist members in managing costs using simple language.
- Adapt to communicated changes in process, policy, and guidelines quickly at the site and reputed company level.

Required Qualifications

- To be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during our normal business hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm CST, with occasional overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
