Job Summary
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met, and that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities
* Act as a liaison between blithequark, our customers, and patients to resolve routine customer requests and provide exceptional customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company inbound, outbound calls, and the internet in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution
- Provide additional customer education and information as needed
- Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting blithequark's products and services
- Work in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions
- Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
- Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment

- Experience with Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
