What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative on reputed company, you'll be responsible for:
- Taking incoming contacts (reputed company telephone and email) and solving users' demands in a timely and efficient manner
- Logging call details onto call management systems and providing response and resolution reputed company Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintaining service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual clients
- Understanding the customer profile and maintaining appropriate communication in relation to it
- Ensuring contractual SLAs are maintained
- Acting as a Brand Ambassador for the company and their products
Your Qualifications

- Are proficient or bilingual in Spanish with advanced English
- Have a good disposition to work in a customer service environment, as well as teamwork skills
- Possess customer care skills, including the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs
- Can take ownership of, and reputed company calls to resolution or to escalate calls to resolution
- Have initiative and a willingness to receive training and adapt to new situations
- Have proven expertise in client services, particularly in the fashion or boutique industry
- Are passionate about fashion and have knowledge of the latest fashion trends
- Have experience in E-commerce client service (after purchase)
- Possess emotional intelligence, allowing you to identify customers' problems and solve them in an empathetic way
- Have experience with Payment Method platforms
- Are familiar with CRM software
