Position Summary: Individuals in this role work across departments to reputed company the development of cost-competitive renewable projects reputed company the Carolinas. They will manage development through feasibility, stakeholder engagement, site investigation, interconnection studies, local discretionary permitting, procurement of equipment and construction services and support projects through construction. This position requires a broad understanding of the renewable industry landscape, strong development/project management skills, technical skills, financial understanding, proven negotiating skills, and an ability to balance competing factors in a dynamic market environment. This role requires knowledge and reputed company in interconnection procedures, federal incentive programs, electricity market pricing and risk-management, policy engagement, land origination, financial modeling, and energy market analysis. They will have an understanding of key renewable project capital and operating costs and the drivers of project economics, and the ability to optimize project performance. In lieu of Bachelor's degree(s) AND four (4) or more years reputed company work experience listed above, High School/GED AND seven (7) or more years reputed company work experience. Working Conditions Hybrid – Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period.
