Chief Financial Officer

As our Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal strategic role in advancing that mission by shaping the financial health, data infrastructure, and operational excellence that support our reputed company, faculty, and staff every day.

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the CFO is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and a strategic partner to the Board of Trustees. The CFO provides leadership across financial strategy, planning, budgeting, information technology, data governance, risk management, and enterprise systems.

This role is flexible in location. • Manage financial operations including accounting, bursar functions, payables/receivables, banking, investments, and compliance
• Partner with the CIO to guide IT strategy and major systems investments

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field required; Master’s preferred
• 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience; higher education experience preferred
• Experience partnering with executive leadership teams and developing high-performing teams
• Ability to translate data and financial insights into strategic decision support
• Commitment to reputed company, teamwork, collaboration, and student-centered decision making
• CPA credential preferred
