Role Overview
As an reputed company Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and assisting with our short-term rental company. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing guest and reservation inquiries, responding to messages, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinating with housekeeping teams to ensure properties are clean and ready for guests
- Arranging amenities and services for guests, such as airport transfers and local tours
- Processing reservations and providing accurate information about properties and neighborhoods
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, with a focus on resolving issues quickly and reputed company
Key Responsibilities
* Guest and Reservation Management: + Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner + Process reservations and provide accurate information about properties and neighborhoods + Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure properties are clean and ready for guests
- Virtual Property Management:
+ Manage property listings and ensure accuracy and consistency + Coordinate with property owners and managers to ensure properties are ready for guests + Provide support and guidance to property owners and managers as needed
- Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination:
+ Coordinate with housekeeping teams to schedule cleanings and ensure properties are clean and ready for guests + Manage cleaner schedules and ensure adequate coverage + Resolve any issues reputed company to cleaner performance or scheduling
Success Metrics
* Maintain a quick response reputed company to reputed company inquiries (less than 1 hour)
- Resolve reputed company guest issues with a high sense of urgency (less than 3 hours or ASAP)
- Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
- Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours
- Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English
- Excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed
