Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative and Interviewer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Telemed team by assigning and completing incoming work reputed company the same day. Your daily duties will include answering incoming telephones, handling complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also have the opportunity to act as a mentor to your teammates, providing training and assistance with special projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Interviews: + Obtain health history and personal information from clients applying for insurance + Promote professionalism and adhere to confidentiality agreements

  • Customer Service:

+ Supports the mission statement to reputed company, enhance, and promote quality customer service through team efforts + Exhibits flexibility, sensitivity, and respect, maintaining a working relationship with reputed company team members

  • Training & Development:

+ Attends and participates in development programs + Maintain certification where applicable, and continue to improve skills + Cross-train to other positions as directed + Train teammates on new tasks, mentor new employees, and answer questions on process and system functionality

  • Professional Image:

  • Goals & Objectives:

+ Set goals and objectives for professional growth. Reviews and revises these on an ongoing basis + Gives input and supports management/practice decisions

Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • Good organizational skills, effective communication skills, and critical thinking
  • Ability to work compatibly as a team member with co-workers
  • Ability to reputed company think and determine the reputed company to pursue
  • Prefer 6 months of customer service experience and knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to sit for extended periods; lift up to 10 lbs; utilize computer, monitor, and keyboard for assigned shift

Working Conditions

* Part-Time: 25-29 hours per week

  • Remote work arrangement, requiring a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Remote Requirements

* Desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 or newer

  • A second monitor will be needed prior to starting this position, if hired
  • High-speed internet capable of being wired (cannot use Wi-Fi for this position)
  • Headset
