Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative - Data Information Processor, you will be responsible for administrating the acceptance of assignments from client/lenders, processing the assignments, processing the completion of services, and release of lender asset, upon execution of service. You will also be responsible for processing client/agent requests, managing a high call volume, and working reputed company multiple systems to execute specific lender requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer the acceptance of assignments from client/lenders
- Process the assignments, processing the completion of services, and release of lender asset, upon execution of service
- Process client/agent requests
- Manage a high call volume
- Work reputed company multiple systems to execute specific lender requirements
- Utilize client/lender databases to execute specific lender requirements
- Work in upwards of 15 different tabs between multiple screens
- Provide exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as reputed company a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Follow through and ownership of work to completion required
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Ability to work remotely without reputed company distractions
- 40 wpm minimum typing speed

- Ability to handle multitasking on a computer with multiple screens
Preferred Qualifications:
