Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark in Latin America, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking reputed company. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling reputed company customer service tickets from our Spanish-speaking reputed company inside reputed company and What's App
- Responding to tickets reputed company 24 hours, except on weekends
- Updating customer accounts in various platforms
- Solving problems and brainstorming solutions with the rest of the team (in both English and Spanish)
- Working reputed company our payment processing system to assist with refunds, subscription changes, and other tasks
- Maintaining and updating Customer Service SOPs for this brand
- Working a maximum of 10 hours per week (to start)
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications
