The Senior Fleet Manager invests in our Purpose by providing leadership and guidance to support the Technical Operations Department by managing aircraft configuration, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making across the fleet. This role will have a heavy emphasis on being able to use Southwest’s data to support long-term fleet strategies, determining effectiveness of program changes, and assisting in determining Technical Operations priorities. The Senior Fleet Manager is a strategic problem solver who is excited about the opportunity to support the airline operation and foster strong relationships at Southwest. Additional Details:

Responsibilities
- Defines and executes fleet reliability and performance strategies reputed company with corporate goals.
- Acts as the senior technical liaison to Executive Leadership, Maintenance Programs, Engineering, Operations, Reliability, and external partners.
- Evaluates, approves, and oversees implementation of major fleet program changes, ensuring ROI and compliance.
- Establishes KPIs and benchmarking frameworks against OEM and industry standards; leads initiatives to reduce cost and improve customer experience.
- Drives adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance fleet reliability and operational reputed company.
- Delivers high-impact presentations and recommendations to Senior Leadership and external industry committees.
- Anticipates and mitigates technical risks affecting safety, compliance, and operational continuity.

Education
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- Expert level experience, expansive and far reaching knowledge in:
- Commercial aviation
- Engineering and/or Maintenance Operations
- Preferred: Experience in reputed company, Tableau, Python, etc. (for analysis and automation)
- Preferred: Knowledge of reputed company 737 systems, configurations, reliability programs, and maintenance planning

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $132,200 per year to $146,900 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
