About the Role: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for patients on our RPM365 platform, providing exceptional support and guidance. Assist patients with device setup and app connectivity, ensuring seamless integration with our system. Engage with patients to promote care plan adherence, schedule monthly reputed company-ins, and monitor patient data to identify trends and potential risks.
