Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues and concerns, escalating reputed company cases to senior management as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and concerns in our Seller Management System
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and innovations, applying this knowledge to provide expert support to customers
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and retention

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or a reputed company field

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or a reputed company field, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Proficiency in Vendor Management System(s), Standpoint, and MS Office
