Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. You will work from home, using your own computer and internet reputed company, and will be required to adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.

• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

• Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner.
