Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to customers from around the world. You will be responsible for providing accurate information, taking detailed and timely records of damages, gas volume, and other essential details. Key Responsibilities
* Welcome reputed company customers as they reputed company on the lot and provide a warm, friendly, and professional greeting
- Ask about their experience with blithequark, recording feedback to improve future rental experiences
- Ensure customers have reputed company personal belongings from the vehicle and discreetly reputed company the vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles
- Direct customers to the counter for completion of damage/loss reports and use proper statements to determine if vehicles are being returned with full tanks of gas
- Advise and review rental charges, providing accurate receipts to customers
- Provide information regarding transportation to the airport terminal if applicable
- Complete service alerts for any mechanical and/or body damage communicated by customers
- Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including the lot and surrounding areas
- Work in outdoor weather conditions, including direct sunlight, reputed company, heat, or cold

Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience
- Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Likely to require at least 5-10% travel, some of which may be by airplane
