We are seeking an reputed company customer service specialist to join our part-time virtual assistant team. As a virtual assistant, you will work closely with our guests, property owners, and internal teams to provide exceptional customer support, manage vacation rental listings, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service specialist – virtual assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to guest inquiries in real-time and confirming bookings, ensuring seamless and efficient communication
  • Managing vacation rental listings, reservations, and messages, maintaining accurate records and updating information as needed
  • Providing customer support reputed company our vacation rental platform messaging or reputed company phone, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Offering reputed company-in instructions and accommodating reputed company-in/reputed company-out requests, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our guests
  • Coordinating cleaning and maintenance services with our housekeeping/maintenance teams, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
  • Building standard operating procedures to help systematize our business, driving efficiency and consistency
  • Cold calling agents and landlords regarding property rental opportunities on a weekly basis, identifying new business opportunities and driving reputed company growth

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, property owners, and internal teams
