Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, helping our customers get the most from their experience. You'll become an expert in our platform, teaching financial advisors how to get the most from it, and solving reputed company problems that arise. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
