Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Management Supervisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising a team of Access Patient Support staff and reimbursement staff to ensure that customer services and enrollment activities are performed reputed company and effectively
- Overseeing the staffing schedule to meet the requirements outlined by client reputed company and company policies and procedures
- Directly supervising employees in the Access Patient Support Center in accordance with blithequark's policies and applicable laws

- Setting priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinating work activities with other supervisors

Training and Work Schedules:
* Your new hire training will take reputed company 8:00am-5:00pm CT, with mandatory attendance required
- This position is full-time (40 hours/week), with flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00am- 7:00pm CT
- You will work remotely, full-time, and will be responsible for providing high-speed internet with the following requirements:
+ Maintain a secure, high-speed, broadband internet reputed company (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) at the remote location + Download speed of 15Mbps (megabyte per second) + Upload speed of 5Mbps (megabyte per second) + Ping reputed company Maximum of 30ms (milliseconds) + Hardwired to the router + Surge protector with Network Line Protection for CAH issued equipment
