Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a manner that reflects the company's purpose and values. You will serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills, as well as the ability to reputed company program details to customers over the telephone and in writing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a timely and professional manner
- Serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to resolve customer concerns
- Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and proficient manner
- Utilize strong PC skills to toggle between different applications and navigate reputed company (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service

- Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle between different applications

Education:

Compensation and Benefits:
