Your primary focus will be on managing the order lifecycle, from booking to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely issue resolution. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain Execution, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Support Account Managers, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with CSAMs to drive business growth, improve process efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage the order lifecycle, from booking to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain Execution, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Support Account Managers
  • reputed company and maintain effective working relationships with CSAMs, Channel partners, and internal teams
  • Attend regular calls and account reviews with Channel partners

Essential Qualifications
