Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in our operation, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for our clients and interacting with Technologists in the field, as well as representatives from our regional accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders reputed company telephone or fax, ensuring reputed company, efficient, courteous, and professional service
  • Handle an average of 11 calls per hour per eight-hour shift, including inbound calls, after completing a four-month training period
