Job Overview

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, building relationships with our clients, responding to their inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. With a schedule that requires 20 hours of work per week, between Monday and Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, you'll have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and provide personalized support and solutions
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or other electronic means, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
