As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and providing empathetic and personalized customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service and reputed company

- Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient, resolving issues and providing solutions
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, with a willingness to help others and provide excellent customer service
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year of recent Call Center experience, with medical call center experience being a plus. You must also have an active internet reputed company and the ability to work from home, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions. Additionally, you must be able to multi-task and use dual monitors, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
